Husband Stabs Wife to Death in Queens, Police Say

NEW YORK — A 68-year-old Queens man allegedly stabbed his wife to death in their Queens Village apartment Tuesday afternoon, the NYPD reported.

Shahida Kazmi, 65, was found inside her apartment at 93rd Avenue near 222nd Street with multiple stab wounds to her body, police said. Emergency crews pronounced her dead at the scene.

Cops arrested Shahida's husband, Mustafa Kazmi, at the scene. They charged him with murder and criminal possession of a weapon, police said.
