MANHATTAN — A teen was critically injured in a shooting in Harlem early Monday morning, police said.

The victim was discovered shot in the head at 567 Lenox Ave., near West 139th Street, just after 1 a.m.

He was rushed to Harlem Hospital in critical condition, according to cops.

It was not clear what sparked the shooting and no arrests were made.
