Two men were shot on West 141st Street and Hamilton Place on April 17, 2012

MANHATTAN — Two men were shot on a Harlem street Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.

The gunfire erupted on West 141st Street and Hamilton Place just before 5:40 p.m., according to the FDNY.

The two victims were taken to Harlem Hospital in unknown condition.

It was not immediately clear what sparked the gunplay.
