STATEN ISLAND — Seven people were injured when a school bus carrying special-need students crashed on Staten Island Thursday morning, authorities said.

The wreck occurred about 7:50 a.m. at Bard and Henderson avenues, FDNY and Department of Education officials said.

Four students and three adults were taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital with minor injuries, officials said.

Parents were notified of the incident, a DOE spokeswoman said.
