Man Stabbed to Death in Bedford-Stuyvesant

BROOKLYN — A man was stabbed to death in a Bedford-Stuyvesant building Tuesday, police said.

The 20-year-old victim, who was not identified, was stabbed in the chest after getting into an argument with another man in the lobby of 299 Putnam Ave., near Nostrand Avenue, about 3:45 p.m., police said.

The victim was taken to Kings County Hospital where he was pronounced dead.

The suspect, believed to be in his 20s, fled and remained at large.
