Woman Robbed at Knifepoint in Harlem, Police Say

HARLEM — Cops are searching for a man who allegedly robbed a young woman at knifepoint in a Harlem building.

Police said the woman, 19, walked into the lobby at 770 St. Nicholas Ave. Feb. 20 at 3 a.m. when the suspect pressed a knife to her ribs. He took her bag and fled, police said.

The victim was not hurt.

The suspect is believed to be between 23 and 25-years-old and about six feet tall. Police said he weighs about 225 pounds.

He was last seen wearing a hooded sweatshirt.
