BRONX — A man was shot in the head and killed on Intervale Avenue in The Bronx early Saturday morning, police said.

The unidentified 23-year-old victim was found with a gunshot wound to the head and torso at 928 Intervale Ave. about 4:30 a.m. Saturday, the NYPD said.

The man was taken to Lincoln Hospital and pronounced dead, police said..

There are no arrests and an investigation is still ongoing. 

The shooting death was the second in the South Bronx in a matter of hours, after 32-year-old Norman Lodge was gunned down on East 153rd Street late Friday night.
