Watch Whitney Houston's Funeral Live Online

MANHATTAN — Whitney Houston's funeral service may be closed to the public, but that doesn't mean fans won't be able to see it.

Services for the pop legend, who died in Beverly Hills last weekend, will be streamed live Saturday through the Associated Press' live streaming web site, according to the singer's publicist.

Houston, who had battled drug addiction and struggled with a tumultuous marriage to soul singer Bobby Brown, was found dead in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel on Feb. 11.

The cause of the death for the Grammy winner, who sold 55 million albums over her her decades-long career and starred in several movies, including "The Bodyguard," is still unknown.

At one point, there was a plan to hold a public memorial service for the Newark, N.J., native at the Prudential Center, but the plan was dropped.

Houston's funeral at the New Hope Baptist Church in Newark is only open to 1,500 invited guests.
