Police Looking for Chelsea Bank Robbery Suspect

CHELSEA — Police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a Chelsea bank last Saturday.

The suspect walked into the Chase Bank at 305 Seventh Ave., near 27th Street on Sept. 3 and handed a teller a note demanding money before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

The alleged thief is described as between 25 and 30 years old and approximately 5-foot-6-inches. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt and tan shorts.
