A man was killed and another injured in a shootout in Harlem Monday, policed said.
Shane Simon, 20, was shot once in the chest around 3:30 p.m at his building at 212 West 140th St., police said. He was pronounced dead at Harlem Hospital.
Another victim, an unidentified 18-year-old man, was shot in the left ear and was in stable condition at Harlem Hospital.
The investigation is ongoing.
