BROOKLYN — "Howard Stern Show" writer Benjy Bronk certainly didn't have anyone laughing Thursday as he once again disrupted disgraced Rep. Anthony Weiner’s press conference, shouting lewd remarks as the Congressman tried to announce he would resign.

Shortly after Weiner took to the podium at a senior center in Brooklyn where he had campaigned when he first ran for office, Bronk began shouting obscenities from the crowd.

"Bye-bye pervert!" he yelled just after the Congressman, once considered a top candidate for mayor in 2013, said he would step down.

Bronk also shouted lewd questions about the photos of Weiner that had surfaced, prompting an angry chorus of "Shut up!" from the seniors citizens who'd been watching the spectacle from the sidelines.

"I think that was terrible," said said Angelrose Mottola, 89, one of the seniors who frequents the center. "I think they should have thrown him out the second he opened his mouth.

"That wasn't very respectful."

Police at the scene said that Bronk left the center on his own volition. He was quickly mobbed by reporters, where he continued his hi-jinx.

"Benjy @Bronk is once again the star of the Weiner Press Conference," the Howard Stern show proudly declared on Twitter.

For those in attendance and watching on TV, the scene was a case of deja vu. Bronk also interrupted the Congressman's emotional confession last week where he tearfully admitted to having "inappropriate" online relationships with half a dozen women.

Many of the more than 100 reporters who'd gathered for the brief remarks were also steamed at the antics.

Bronk made what appeared to be a back-handed apology on his Twitter feed later Thursday.

"I regret the way I worded 1st question, it was mean," @bronk tweeted.
