MANHATTAN — Police have released photos of a group of men suspected of beating a 67-year-old man before stealing his cash in Harlem last week.

The photos are of two of the three suspects, who police said were all between the ages of 16 and 20. One of the suspects allegedly approached the victim at West 141st Street and Lenox Avenue on April 27 and then called over his two accomplices to rob the elderly man, police said.

The first suspect, who was caught on camera, is described as having of medium build standing five feet eight inches tall. He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a white iron cross design on the front and back, according to the NYPD.

A second suspect, whose photo was also released by police, is described as five feet ten inches tall, was last seen wearing a plaid button-up shirt, blue jeans and a Yankees cap.

Police described the last suspect — whose photo was not released by police — as having a lean build, standing five feet seven inches tall and wearing a black short-sleeved shirt, blue jeans and a dark baseball cap with a red bill.

Anyone with information on the assault is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-8477.
