MANHATTAN — Subway service in Upper Manhattan will be disrupted this weekend as the MTA continues work on the Dyckman Street 1 train station, NYC Transit said.

Starting at 11:30 p.m. Friday and running through 5 a.m. Monday, 1 train service is suspended between 168th Street and the Bronx. The transit agency said riders should use the A train and the M3 bus instead.

Free shuttle buses will also be provided, NYC Transit said. They will run on Broadway from 242nd Street in the Bronx to the 207th Street A train station and on St. Nicholas Avenue between 191st Street and 168th Street.

The Dyckman Street 1 train station is closed at all times while the transit agency makes repairs there. Uptown trains skip the station at all times, but riders get a free transfer to the downtown train at 207th Street to ride back to Dyckman Street.
