MANHATTAN — Subway service is back to normal after signal problems snared subway service on the Westside lines, but the MTA is still warning riders of residual delays.

Straphangers dealt with subway delays and service changes on the A, C, E and B, D, F, M lines through the morning, because of a switch problem on the B line south of 59th Street, according to MTA spokeswoman Deirdre Parker.

B trains were not running between 145th Street Station and the Brighton Beach and D trains were running local between 145th Street Station and Columbus Circle, according to the MTA’s website.

C trains returned to local service, according to the MTA's website.

The Authority warned riders earlier to "allow for additional travel time."

Riders tweeted about delays throughout the morning.

"An hour for what should have been 20 mins from 207 to 59th? #MTA FAIL," wrote Arianna Armon.
