MURRAY HILL — Popular Mediterranean eatery Hummus Kitchen will soon open a location in Murray Hill, making it the mini-chain's third Manhattan location.
The restaurant is tentatively scheduled to open in the spring, according to a representative of Newmark Knight Frank Retail, the real estate group that handled the deal.
"We had been very focused on Murray Hill and were excited when this space came available," said Davie Berke, director at Newmark Knight Frank Retail, in a statement.
"The young and vibrant neighborhood makes it ideal for Hummus Kitchen."
The hummus eatery will occupy 850 square feet of ground floor space at 444 Third Avenue between 30th and 31st streets. The space will also include a lower level for private functions.
Hummus Kitchen currently has locations on the Upper East Side and in Hell's Kitchen.
