MANHATTAN — Boutique fashion and accessories retailer Intermix has secured a home beside the High Line's southern border, The Real Deal reported.

While the lease for a 2,725 square-foot space at 812 Washington St. is signed, shopping fanatics will have to wait until August of this year for the store's opening, according to the The Real Deal.

Intermix has five other stores around the borough, with one each in SoHo, the Village, the Flatiron district and on the Upper East and Upper West Sides.
