UPPER WEST SIDE — The police are looking for a man in connection with an attempted Upper West Side bank robbery in December.

Police said James Walton, 37, entered the Chase Bank at 260 Columbus Avenue around 5 p.m. on December 28. Walton allegedly demanded money from a teller after saying he had a weapon.

He then fled the scene before getting any money, police said.

Walton was last seen wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and sneakers.
