MANHATTAN — Community Board 4's Hell's Kitchen liquor license committee gave the thumbs-up to several new restaurants and social venues at its monthly meeting Wednesday night.

Mooncake Foods, a home-style Asian eatery already operating venues in Chelsea and SoHo, received support for a beer and wine license at its new Hell's Kitchen outpost, provided they store delivery bicycles properly, chair Lisa Daglian said Thursday.

Vegetarian restaurant Otarian, set to open at 947 Eighth Ave., must take similar measures.

The committee asked Brazilian eatery Sacada, seeking to serve liquor at 832-836 Ninth Ave., to put in additional sound-proofing while a fourth venue, QI Times Square at 675 Eighth Ave., will get the nod from the committee if they limit capacity to 140 and stay out of the storm vestibule.

And gay urban resort The Out NYC received support for a cabaret license at its XL Dance Bar on 42nd Street.

All applicants still need to secure support from CB4's full board.

The next full board meeting for CB4 is slated for Wednesday, January 5, at 119 Ninth Ave.
