MANHATTAN — Police Commissioner Ray Kelly has outlined a seven-page plan in the event that either he or the Chief of Department Joseph Esposito pass away in a New York disaster, the New York Post reported.

Outlined in late October, the "Catastrophic Incident Management Plan"  specifies where officials should relocate during a cataclysmic event, such as a terror attack, and who should succeed Kelly or Esposito should they die in such a calamity, the Post reported.

Should Kelly or Esposito be killed, NYPD First Deputy Police Commissioner Rafael Pineiro would replace Kelly, and head of Internal Affairs official Charles Campisi would replace Esposito, the report says, according to the Post.

The plan also calls for an "Executive Command Center" to be set up at 1 Police Plaza and an "On-Site Management Team" to be dispatched to the epicenter of the disaster, the Post reported.

If Police Headquarters is ruined, another command center would be set up by Pineiro, the Post reported.

"We all know what our roles would be in the event of a catastrophic emergency," Deputy Police Commissioner Paul Browne told the Post.
