MANHATTAN — Police arrested a Harlem man renting bicycles in Central Park after he allegedly dared them to cuff him, the New York Post reported.

An officer reportedly caught Sadi Traore, 20, trying to illegally rent bicycles to tourists in the Columbus Circle area of the park on the afternoon of Oct. 25, the Post reported.

The officer told him to leave the park, but Traore refused and instead taunted the officer by putting his arms behind his back and daring the officer to arrest him, sources told the paper.

The two men allegedly struggled as the officer took Traore up on the offer.

Traore was charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and criminal solicitation, the Post reported.
