SOHO — A thief swiped a $2,500 bike that was locked to a No Parking sign in SoHo last week, police said.

The victim, a 26-year-old man visiting from Florida, told police he locked his Cannondale Scalpel mountain bike at Prince and Mercer streets about 1 p.m. Oct. 16.

Shortly afterward, he discovered the lock was cut and the candy apple red bike was gone.
