UPPER EAST SIDE — The show will go on.

The Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club announced it will hold its 38th annual Decorator Show House at a mansion at 106 E. 71st St., which offers  10,000 square feet of blank walls for the show.

Last spring, the club had to cancel the annual show house when the Upper West Side town home they planned to use was sold for $19.5 million to a private buyer.

"The Show House is our biggest fundraiser, and the postponement of our spring event was a tremendous blow, particularly in these challenging economic times," said Daniel Quintero, the club's executive director, in a statement.

Every year, the club raises money for its after-school programs for children in the Bronx by charging visitors $30 each to check out the designs of top decorators like Vicente Wolf, Jennifer Post and Robert Coutourier, among others.

Every year, the fundraiser brings in around $1 million to the club.

The show house will be open to the public from Oct. 14 through November 11.
