MANHATTAN — Move over Angelina!

New York's Senator Kirsten Gillibrand has been ranked the third "most beautiful" person in Washington by the staff of The Hill.

Gillibrand, whose recent weight loss has been drawing lots of attention, takes the bronze medal in the paper's annual "50 Most Beautiful People" list, beating out every other politician in Congress. The top spots went to a jewelry maker and lobbyist nearly half her age.

Labeling Gillibrand a "Supermom," The Hill's Kris Kitto describes the 43-year-old as a dedicated mother of two and a woman who won't take 'no' for an answer.

"If you tell Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand there’s something she can’t do, she’ll likely find a way to do it," Kitto writes.

"Since the day she came to the Senate to fill Hillary Clinton’s shoes, she has had her hands full quieting naysayers, beating back reelection opponents and courting former critics. And that’s just by day.

"By night she balances a family life that includes two small boys — 2-year-old Henry and 6-year-old Theodore — and fits in an exercise program that the New York Daily News wrote earlier this year has resulted in 'a leaner, meaner campaign machine … [with] a slimmer silhouette.'"

Other political hotties on the list include Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. of Illinois, Sen. Scott Brown of Massachusetts and California Rep. Judy Chu.
