MANHATTAN — A video apparently documenting a four-on-one street fight outside Penn Station is making the rounds on YouTube.

The 25-second clip starts with one man hitting another with a cane. The second man tries to fight back but it attacked by four men who punch and kick him to the ground before running away.

During the fight a sizable crowd looks on, some yell encouragement others plead with the group to back off.

The fight, which according to the video's title happened March 27, took place on the Seventh Avenue sidewalk in front of Penn Station.

But commentators on the video questioned whether the brawl may have been staged. One pointed out at the end of the video it sounds as though someone yells "cut."

The NYPD said they were aware of the video but did not yet have any information.
