MANHATTAN — Knicks newbee Tracy McGrady emailed LeBron James to tell him “I’m in the Big Apple, I’ll see you here next season,” the New York Post reported.

His reported answer?

“LOL.”

King James and the Cavs had the last laugh Monday night after they humiliated the listless Knicks 124-93 in Cleveland.

The Cavs, playing without Shaquille O’Neal who is out with a thumb injury, led the Knicks by as much as 49 points, including a 74-48 halftime lead and 101-59 at the end of the third quarter.

"We kind of gave up," Knicks coach Mike D'Antoni said after the game, the Daily News reported. "Obviously, they are a little bit better team than we are."

James finished with 22 points, seven rebounds and seven assists in a little over 31 minutes, while Al Harrington led the Knicks with 18 points.

McGrady, who sat out the second half of Saturday’s loss with a stiff knee, played 24 minutes but only managed six points and two rebounds.

After the game, James, as has been his policy since late last year, refused to answer questions in the press conference about his impending free agency.

"I don't know if you have been around, but I stopped answering free agent questions a long time ago," James said, according to the Post. "I'll move on to the next."
