UPPER EAST SIDE — An out-of-control Cadillac jumped a curb Tuesday morning, sending a pedestrian flying on to the hood before hitting two other people walking by, according to eyewitness accounts.

The sky-blue Cadillac was seen careening through traffic before hopping the curb as it turned onto Second Avenue from 86th Street, witnesses said.

The sedan hit one person, who rolled on to the hood, before the driver hit two more people walking in front of a soon-to-be Chase bank building, witnesses said.

The victims were taken to Lenox Hill hospital with non-life threatening injuries and were released, police said.

Traffic remained open on both 86th Street and Second Ave.
