Construction of the $3.2 billion World Trade Center transit hub could now take until at least 2015, the New York Post reported Tuesday.

A new report by the Federal Transit Administration obtained by the Post gives the project a 25 percent chance of being completed by its latest deadline — which is mid-2014. The original deadline slated for the project was 2011.

The report warns that even the latest completion date could fail because of delays in the building of two of developer Larry Silverstein’s office towers, which are supposed to border the hub.
