MIDTOWN — Millions of romances have gotten their start in the Big Apple, with many of the sparks igniting in New York's favorite park.
With Valentine's Day just weeks away, the Central Park Conservatory, the nonprofit organization that manages Central Park, is reaching out to New Yorkers to determine the most romantic spot in Central Park.
To that end, the conservancy is conducting a poll. They've provided a selection of popular spots — from the Belvedere Castle to Bow Bridge — but are also looking to park-goers to provide a few of their own.
The top chosen spot and stories that rate high on the warm and fuzzy scale will be posted the week of Feb. 8 on the conservancy's Web site, just in time for Valentine's Day.
Romantics have until Feb. 3 to cast their votes.
