Jets Fan Arrested by Indy Police Before Heartbreaking Loss to Colts

MANHATTAN — A Jets fan was stuffed and cuffed by Indianapolis police before Sunday's AFC Championship game, according to a YouTube video posted on Monday.

The video shows two police cars making their way through a rowdy crowd of Jets and Colts fans. An officer, clearly upset at the crowd's inability to move out of the way, singled out one Jets fan, identified as Patrick Mallon by the New York Post.

"You got a f---ing problem with me?" the officer asked Mallon before he and a second officer grabbed him roughly and pushed him onto the trunk of the police car.

"I shrugged at him and he jumped out of his car," Mallon told the Post. "I never thought I'd wind up in jail."

The two officers cuffed the 26-year-old New Jersey construction worker and appeared to threaten him with a stun gun as members of the crowd yelled, "bulls--t" and "let him go."

Jets fans reportedly received poor receptions at other post-season games. A profanity laced video of a Jets fan getting handcuffed and dragged out of Qualcomm Stadium was posted to YouTube last week. The fan was allegedly detained for cheering too loudly during the Jets win over the San Diego Chargers in the Divisional round.
