MANHATTAN — David Letterman apologized on “The Late Show” Monday night to his wife, Regina, for his sexual relationships with female staff members. “I’ve got my work cut out for me,” Letterman said of his marriage. [nydailynews.com]

The family of the late DJ AM gave consent to MTV to air a documentary series titled “Gone Too Far.” The spinner, whose real name is Adam Goldberg, produced the film before dying of an overdose to inspire young people with substance abuse. The series will premiere on Oct. 12 at 10 p.m. [eonline.com]

Clifford Smith, better known as rapper Method Man, was arrested on Monday for not paying $32,799 in taxes. The Staten Island native was released without bail and is due back in court on Dec. 9. [nydailynews.com]
