MANHATTAN — New York State health care workers plan to rally at the Capitol Tuesday. They’re protesting a statewide regulation requiring them to get a swine flu vaccination or face losing their jobs. [1010WINS]

Speaking of swine flu, health officials are urging pregnant women to get swine flu vaccines this year. But getting one may be difficult. Some pharmacies are wary of giving flu shots to pregnant women and many obstetricians don’t vaccinate. [AP]
