MANHATTAN — A man died after jumping from the George Washington Bridge in an apparent suicide Saturday morning, authorities said.
The man’s body was recovered from the Hudson River in Manhattan about 200 yards south of the bridge near Jeffery’s Hook Lighthouse about 7:30 a.m., police and fire officials said.
An investigation is ongoing, police added.
