BRONX — Four young men were shot — including a 12-year-old boy — in a wild rally of gunfire at a Bronx basketball court Tuesday evening, police said.

About six shots rang out at 4:40 p.m. in Vidalia Park, at Daly Avenue and East 180th Street, according to cops and witnesses.

Tommy Galarza, 38, said that he heard four of five shots and then saw a group of teens dashing away from the park on 180th Street.

"It happened out of nowhere," he said.

Rescuers found a 12-year-old boy and a 20-year-old man shot there and rushed them to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Two other men, 18 and 20, who were shot in the leg, fled to a nearby building on Bronx Park South and Crotona Avenue and called police.

They were also hospitalized with non life-threatening injuries.

No arrests were made as of Tuesday night.

"It's dangerous around here," said Iris Vega, 32, who has lived in the neighborhood for 32 years. "I get home from work and I lock myself in my house and I don't leave."
