Car Bursts Into Flames After Multiple Vehicle Crash on UWS

UPPER WEST SIDE — A crash involving several vehicles left six people injured and one car engulfed in flames on Sunday night, fire officials said.

The collision occurred at 8:30 p.m. on Amsterdam Avenue near West 104th Street. At least three vehicles were involved in the incident, which left one car charred on the sidewalk.

An FDNY spokesman said two people were seriously hurt. Another four suffered minor injuries. They were transported to St. Luke’s and Roosevelt hospitals.
