MANHATTAN — Usher is reportedly looking at real estate on the Lower East Side.
The R&B star recently checked out a penthouse apartment at 115 Allen St., at the corner of Delancey Street, the Daily News reported.
The four-bedroom, 2,600-square-foot condo — which includes three separate outdoor spaces and a roofdeck complete with hot tub — was designed by nightlife impresario Serge Becker, of The Box and La Esquina fame.
The sixth-floor space clocks in at a cool $5.495 million, according to the listing, and also includes a screening room, fireplace, steam shower and 16-foot ceilings.
The multiple Grammy winner is reportedly considering renting the penthouse to the tune of $25,000 per month.
