MIDTOWN — Lobster lovers take note: the famous Luke's Lobster chain will roll into Midtown with a "tricked-out" lunch truck starting Monday.

Before the workweek sets in, the truck will make its grand debut at the Hell's Kitchen Flea Market on Sunday, alongside Rickshaw Dumplings, Kelvin Slushies, Schnitzel & Things and the Kimchi Taco Truck.

"We've been working on this almost since we opened in 2009, so we're really proud to say it's finally happening this weekend," said Ben Conniff, the restaurant's vice president, in an email.

Luke's Lobster was founded in 2009 by Luke Holden and Conniff, serving lobster, crab and shrimp rolls as well as chowders and bisques in the East Village. Now, Luke's Lobster has added locations in the Upper East Side and Upper West Side, with another location opening soon in the Financial District.

Hungry New Yorkers can track the truck's comings and goings on Twitter by checking out @LukesLobsterNY.
