MANHATTAN — A fire in a high rise Harlem building left one person fighting for life and another nine needing hospital treatment Wednesday night, the FDNY said.

The blaze started at 11:45 p.m. and raged through the 18th floor of the 21-story Drew Hamilton Houses at 2660 Frederick Douglass Avenue and 142nd Street, according to the FDNY.

The seriously hurt woman, identified by the Daily News as Rose Moore,  a grandmother in her 80s, was taken to the burns unit at Harlem Hospital.

A nurse there said "she's doing okay" on Thursday morning.

The fire was put out just before 12:30 a.m., fire officials said.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, officials said.
