MANHATTAN — Perhaps she'll feed him a bagel and schmear outside Zabars?

Actress Cameron Diaz and Yankee slugger Alex Rodriguez have ended their Manhattan apartment search, settling on an Upper West Side pad at the newly built Rushmore apartment building, according to published reports.

A-Rod struck the deal with developers of the 41-story towers on Riverside Boulevard between West 63rd and 64th Streets earlier this week, the Wall Street Journal reported.

He will pay between $5.5 and $6 million for the 35th-floor four-to-five bedroom apartment, according to the paper.

"[Rodriguez] loved the building, the park and the water views, but we think that the clincher was the baseball field outside the front door," the Extell Development Co., which constructed the building, said in a statement, according to published reports.

In addition to The Rushmore's inhouse fitness center and indoor pool, there is a brand new baseball diamond right in front of his building. Only people who live in The Rushmore and the other fancy buildings that are part of Riverside South can use it.

Rodriguez currently resides in a $30,000-a-month rental at the star-studded 15 Central Park West apartment building, which he moved into after leaving his former wife and the apartment they shared at Trump Park Avenue in 2008, the Journal noted.

But A-Rod won't be the only star living in The Rushmore -- Oscar-winning actor Robin Williams rents a $15,000-a-month apartment in the building, according to the New York Post.

Diaz and Rodriguez were spotted touring homes in TriBeCa and the West Village during recent months, the Post also noted.
