MANHATTAN — The Giants hurt their chances at making the playoffs Sunday after a 45-17 loss in a must-win game against the Green Bay Packers.

Big Blue, 9-6, now needs help to get into the postseason — they must beat the Washington Redskins next week, but the Chicago Bears must also beat the Packers for the Giants to advance.

Quarterback Eli Manning threw four interceptions at Lambeau Field as Big Blue turned the ball over six times. The Giants also fumbled twice.

Meanwhile, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers, just back from a concussion, threw for 404 yards and four touchdowns, the Associated Press reported.

The Giants got behind early, trailing 14-0 in the first quarter, but they made it close at the half, trailing 21-14.

Manning hit wide recievers Hakeem Nicks and Mario Manningham for scores en route to a 301 yard passing day.
