HELL'S KITCHEN — The Out NYC, an upscale resort complex targeted at gay clientele, received support for its hotel and restaurant liquor license application from a Community Board 4 committee Wednesday night.

After developer Ian Simpson Reisner agreed to take sound-reducing measures at the restaurant, which sits on the corner of 42nd Street and Ninth Avenue, CB4's liquor license committee unanimously voted to approve its application.

The next test for Out NYC will be at CB4's full board meeting, held on Wednesday, Dec. 3.
