MANHATTAN — Former New York Jets quarterback Brett Favre may have made passes of a sexual nature when he allegedly tried to proposition a former sideline reporter in 2008, the sports blog Deadspin reported on Thursday.

The future Hall of Famer allegedly sent suggestive messages, voicemails and lewd photos of himself to Jenn Sterger, a buxom TV hostesss and former Maxim model who was working for the Jets when Favre joined the team in 2008, the blog revealed.

After phone messages inviting Sterger to his hotel room went unanswered, Favre, a married man, allegedly had a third party try to set the two up on a date, Deadspin reported.

When Sterger reportedly declined, the messages continued, including pictures of the 40-year-old father nude below the waist.

At a press conference Thursday, the former Jet — who is now with the Minnesota Vikings — did not outright deny that he sent Sterger the messages.

"I'm not getting into that. I've got my hands full with the Jets," Favre, who will face his former team Monday in New York, told a reporter.
