MANHATTAN — Mets ace pitcher Johan Santana was accused of sexual battery in a police report, TMZ.com reported Wednesday.

Santana was never charged and the complaint was dismissed last December.

In the complaint, obtained by TMZ.com, an accuser claimed Santana sexually assaulted her on a Florida golf course. After allegedly kissing the accuser and unclasping her bra, Santana allegedly “began to pull at [the accuser’s] skirt/skort and attempt [sic] to place his hands into her underwear. “

The victim reportedly told Santana “no multiple times but Johan persisted.”

He then allegedly tore off her skirt and raped her, the report said.

Afterward, he ejaculated on her leg, the report said, which she quickly wiped off.

Then, she and Santana went to a tennis court where she sat and watched as Santana played a game with someone else, who was not named in the report.

Prosecutors concluded “There was not enough evidence to prove lack of consent, the alleged victim’s statement is not consistent with other witnesses,” according to a sheriff’s document posted on TMZ.com.

"Johan denied the charges and was never charged with anything," a representative for Santana told TMZ.com. "As far as the law enforcement side of this goes, the case is closed."
