MANHATTAN — A five-car accident in the Lincoln Tunnel brought traffic to a standstill on Monday afternoon, Port Authority Police said.

The pile-up happened at 1:45 p.m. in the tunnel's North Tube, frustrating Manhattan-bound drivers for one hour, the PA said.

No major injuries were reported, and the tunnel was reopened at 2:45 p.m.
