MANHATTAN — Lawrence Taylor allegedly admitted to police that he had sex with the underage girl who was beaten and drugged up by a pimp before being delivered to the NFL legend's hotel room, according to a criminal complaint filed Friday.

Taylor, referred to as "Client-1" in the complaint, waived his Miranda rights and allegedly told Ramapo police that he had sex with the girl for $300, according to details in a complaint filed by the U.S. Attorney's office in the Southern District.

The complaint also said "Client-1" told them he took a car service from Newark, N.J., to the hotel.

Taylor's lawyer Arthur Aidala adamantly defended the former Giants linebacker outside the Ramapo Courthouse on Thursday.

"My client didn't have sex with anybody, period," Aidala said.

The alleged pimp, Rasheed Davis, 36, was arrested by the NYPD in the Bronx Thursday. Davis was charged with sex trafficking in Manhattan Federal Court late Friday afternoon.

If convicted, Davis faces a mandatory 15-year prison sentence because of two prior felony convictions on his record, including a manslaughter conviction in 2008.

Davis told the 16-year-old girl to lie about her age to Taylor and drugged her up with ecstasy and marijuana, the complaint says. The underage victim ran away from her Bronx home and had been forced by Davis to perform sex acts for money for several weeks, the complaint alleges.

Taylor, 51, was arrested Thursday morning and charged with third-degree felony rape and patronizing a prostitute, a misdemeanor. The rape charge carries a maximum penalty of four years in prison.

Taylor, who was freed on $75,000 bail, led the Giants to two Super Bowl victories in 1987 and 1991 during his 13-year career.

Taylor arrest is just one of several legal problems the 10-time Pro Bowler has had since his retirement in 1993.

In 1996 and 1997, he was arrested in South Carolina and Florida, respectively, on drug charges. He received five years of probation for filing false tax returns and tax evasion in 2000.

Taylor was convicted in 2001 of possessing drug paraphernalia in New Jersey after police discovered a butane torch and other materials commonly used to smoke crack in his hotel room in 1998.

Taylor seemed to turn his life around before being arrested again last year in Miami for allegedly leaving the scene of an accident.

The Hall of Fame linebacker was a contestant last year on ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" and was a spokesman for Nutrisystem before they sacked him on Friday.
