John Slattery, Lou Reed and Bill Thompson Gather to Support Hudson Rise

  • The salt shed affiliated with the site will cost approximately $40 million in taxpayer money. 
  • The door to the salt shed located at the intersection will have a 32 foot by 22 foot wide opening, which will be open all weekend.
  • The addition of the sanitation garage would result in approximately 500 more daily vehicle trips at that intersection. 
  • 44 percent of the garage will be used for ramps, which are empty most of the time, butr require lighting, heating and cooling.
