William Sheehan was told a year ago his Sandy-damaged home would take six months to fix.

Councilman Mark Treyger said it appears the city only cares about meeting a deadline, not homeowners.

City Councilman Eric Ulrich said the city-run Hurricane Sandy rebuilding program is a "boondoggle."
