The Friends of Frederick Douglass Circle and the NYC Parks Department will host a celebration of Black History Month and Frederick Douglass on February 20th at 1 p.m. at the newly renovated Frederick Douglass Circle at the intersection of Cathedral Parkway and Frederick Douglass Blvd and Central Park West and West 110th Street. 

To celebrate, there will be dramatic readings by Spencer Scott Barios and Ezra Knight and music sung by Clayton G. Williams. 

Students from P.S. 145 and P.S. 241 and other schools will have performances as well.
