At the East 67th St. Library, 328 E. 67th St., you and your 18 to 36-month-year-old child can enjoy story time with rhymes, songs and stories.  After the free program, which starts at 11:30 a.m., participants can eat lunch in the library's community room and play with toys. Parents are asked to get to the library by 11:15 a.m., "so your child has time to get comfortable in the library and feel relaxed and ready for the program." Also, "since toddlers are very distractible," latecomers are not permitted.
