After touring the five boroughs in New York City, ITINERANT, Queens’ first contemporary performance art event returns home for its closing show at the 37th Road Pedestrian Plaza at Jackson Heights on May 12th, from 3pm- 6pm. 

Artists, including Chloe Bass, John Cichon, Nancy Nowacek, Lizzie Scott, and Priscilla Stadler will present works that involve the participation of the public during the three-hour program.

Participating artists explore the medium of performance art to express their concerns with identity, representation, and self-awareness.

The artists in the event were selected from 175 local, national and international submissions. Over a period of five weeks, March 30 - May 12, 2012, 45 artists have presented new and existing works exploring the program's theme.
