East Village restaurant Spina will be hosting an evening of wine pairings and food from Friulian producer Ronchi di Cialla. Winemaker Ivan Rapuzzi will be on hand to discuss his family’s portfolio as the wines are paired with a special tasting menu crafted by Chef Joe Marcus.  The four course menu with wine pairings is $99 and includes Spina’s fresh pastas such as sweet potato gnocchi with prosciutto san daniele, black kale, vanilla and balsamic drizzle.
